Object: Statement and rights of the party concerned, assent according to Italian Law (DLG) n.196 of June 30 2003 article 7 and article 13, issued to execute the Directive 95/46/Ec of the European Communities.   
According to article 13 of DLG 196/2003 “Code concerning personal data security ”, we inform You that Your personal data that You are giving to us, are included in the above mentioned object as far as legal agreement and discretion conditions are concerned that are included in the above mentioned DLG.
Personal data treatment means collection, registration, organization, conservation, the chance to look up/consult, modification, selection, processing, comparison, use, spread, communication, cancellation, destruction of data, that is to say the chance to link together more operations.  The nomination of the above mentioned data is facultative.  
The treatment of the data will be carried out thanks to devices fit for guaranteeing security/safety and discretion and can be carried out thanks to automatic devices fit for store, manage and transfer the data themselves.  
Moreover we inform You that the personal data referred to You will be treated according to the article 11 of DLG 196/2003, that provides that the data are treated in a right way and by keeping in mind the correctness, moreover they will be gathered, registered in order to carry out given, legitimate, clear, right aims, and if it is required updating, complete, pertinent ones and they shall not be in excess to the target/aim of the treatment.   
Also we inform You that the above-mentioned treatment of your personal data will be managed directly by Tecnocut S.p.A.  
Moreover we inform You that according to the above mentioned treatments, You can exercise Your rights according to article 7 of DLG 196/2003 whose statement is attached and it is an integral part of this statement.  
According to article 13 we remind You that “the possible refusal to answer to this statement” at the moment of gathering the information or the possible denial of treatment of data means our objective impossibility to observe some of the obligations concerning the law and /or some obligations concerning Your relation with Tecnocut S.p.A.   
Purpose and form of treatment  
Your personal data have been acquired and will be treated by us in order to fulfil all obligations concerning law and the contract and any managerial operating and statistic manual requirements and/or thanks to computer devices and/or data transmission ones in order to assure security and discretion of the above mentioned ones.   
Nature of the awarding and consequence of the refusal  
The awarding has a facultative nature, in order to gather curricula vitae and offer the opportunity to establish business and /or cooperation relations. The explicit refusal from You means the objective impossibility to continue acquiring your data and to insert them in our data bank.   
Rights of anyone involves in this abject  
Anyone involves in this object will be able to gain access to their personal data by asking to the owner or person in charge of the treatment of the data in order to check their use or in order to change them or modify and update them according to the law in force or cancel them or in case You do not agree with the fact that anyone can gain access to Your data only in case they are treated in violation of the law, the rights of anyone involves are present in the article 7 of DLG 196/2003 herewith attached and it is an integral part of this statement.

ARTICLE 7 - RIGHT TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER RIGHTS  
1. Anyone involves in this object can have the confirmation of the existence or not of personal data that concerns them even if they are not already registered and their communication in comprehensible format.  
2. The party concerned can have the possibility to obtain the following items:   
   a) the origin of the personal data;   b) how they can be used and treated;   
   c) applied logic in case of we use electronic instruments as far as treatment of data is concerned;  
   d) all the information concerning the owner, persons in charge and appointed representative according to article 5 paragraph 2 of the DLG 196/2003;   
   e) specified people who can reach/gain access to personal data as representative appointed to the territory in a country/state, as person in charge.  
3.The party concerned can have the chance to obtain:   
   a) the updating, the modification/correction, that is to say when it is required an integration of the data; the cancellation, the modification in any anonymous expression or the stop of treating the data in the name of violation of the law, included the ones in which it is not required the conversation related to the purposes we have been gathered or treated data;   
   b) the declaration concerning the operation see a) and b) have been explained to anyone who receives explanation about data and their contents and the data have been spread or communicated, but for case in which this operation is not possible or involves a number of excessive means/devices in comparison with the protected right.  
4.The party concerned has the right to oppose to this statement by keeping in mind the following items:   
   a) legitimate reason that involve the party concerned that can be related to the purpose of the gathering of the data;   
   b) the treatment of the personal data that involve the party concerned as far as advertisement material or market research or commercial communication are concerned.
